FedEx is committed to actively supporting the communities they serve through strategic investment of their people, resources and network, asking the question: “How can [FedEx] take what we’re good at and apply it to solve some of the world’s problems in a thoughtful way?”
GRANT SIZE

ELIGIBILITY
“FedEx only considers requests from U.S.-based organizations that have been designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) and Canadian-based organizations with charitable Business Number registration. Organizations must be in good financial and public standing, show evidence of competent management, have low administrative/fundraising expense ratios and manage nondiscriminatory programs benefiting broad segments of the community. FedEx does not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, color, age, disability, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or local law. Corporate grants are eligible to organizations that meet these qualifications and are aligned with our core value of nondiscrimination.
FedEx Cares focuses on the following five pillars of strategic investment:
• Delivering for Good
• Sustainable Transportation
• Employment Pathways
• Road Safety
• Global Entrepreneurship
To be considered for support, requests should fit within [FedEx’s] funding priorities and show evidence of active engagement by one or more FedEx team members. Priority is assigned to requests that fall within the five core pillars. The majority of [FedEx’s] charitable shipments are related to emergency and disaster relief. [FedEx] only grants only a limited number of other shipping requests that meet our eligibility requirements.”
